Mobile unit with Tepan plate. Unit consists of a multiplex wooden top with stainless steel surfaces. Main housing unit with controls also in stainless steel. Base frame with lockable castor wheels also has stainless steel topped multiplex wooden shelf.

0.9 cm thick 40 cm Ø stainless steel plate which dips slightly in the centre. The dip increases up to a max. of 18 mm during cooking. Suitable for grilling, frying, braising, steaming and flambéing. The temperature is hotter at the centre and cooler towards the edges for continued cooking and keeping food warm.
