With the help of the following notes, minor faults in the performance of the appliance, some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be put right without contacting the Service Department. The following guide lists minor problems and possible causes and provides notes on remedy. If you cannot find an appropriate solution to your problem please contact our Servce Department.

PLEASE NOTE: Repair work to electrical appliances should only be carried out by a suitably qualified person in accordance with local and national safety regulations. Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.

"H:H" appears in the display and the turntable continues to rotate

This is not a fault. The warming function is automatically activated for a maximum of 15 mins. at the end of cooking.

The time-of-day display does not light up when the appliance is not in use

This is an energy-saving function which switches off the display and can be deactivated by following the operating instructions.

The turntable does not turn smoothly

Beneath the turntable a carrier with 3 rollers is located. Please clean these 3 rollers, the surface and the cavity under the carrier according to the "Cleaning and care" section in the operating instructions.
